We are seeking a highly motivated Training Manager to join our team in the food and drink industry. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your major end result will be to ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify training needs and design effective training programs that meet those needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE 5 years of experience in food management
- Experience in training delivery and instructional design
- Experience with learning management systems
