Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be organized, and be able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleanings of rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting all areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are well-stocked at each property.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or inventory shortages.
- Provide concierge services such as grocery stocking, package delivery, and minor maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the property is guest-ready by following provided checklists and procedures.
- Maintain communication with the management team for any special requests or issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay:
- $100 - $500 per cabin
