Job Overview
Through daily supervision, provide a safe, therapeutic environment; through activities, consistent routines, and daily structure and supervision that satisfy the developmental needs of the children in the group home. To implement Treatment Plans/Plans of Care for residents in the Blessed New Beginnings LLC children facility. To maintain the facility and coordinate meal preparation. To accurately and thoroughly document (HRI) notes of youth behavior, incidents, and medication administration each shift. To carry out program/agency policies and rules to enhance self-esteem and competence in the youth living in the group home.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, College Degree in human services, Valid D.L./Insurance, work experience with MR and MI, First Aid, CPR, NCI/training; (Prefer candidate have a degree in human service field) but will accept experience.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
