Blessed Sacrament School, located in Walpole, MA, educates students in Preschool through Grade 8. Founded in 1966, Blessed Sacrament School is committed to academic excellence and nurturing the whole child by encouraging character and spiritual growth through service, faith, and leadership.
We are currently seeking Substitute Teachers for our early childhood, elementary, and middle school programs for the 2024-2025 school year.

SUMMARY:
Our ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, and caring, who instructs students and facilitates their learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides classroom instruction to students as outlined in lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
Creates a classroom that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of students.
Provides general program supervision, implements activities, and guides and supports students according to their developmental needs.
Ensures the safety and well-being of children in the program.
Maintains a professional appearance as an example to students.
Completes other duties as assigned.
