What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest service representative position at Blessing Health System?
Two (2) open Part Time Positions 24 hours per week. Night Shift with weekend rotation.
STARTING RATE : $15.00 (WITHOUT EXPERIENCE) SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
The purpose of this position is to assist with enhancing the customer experience by welcoming staff, patients and visitors entering Illini Community Hospital.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will create positive experiences for customers through a welcoming interaction, assisting with customer navigation, explanation of what will happen next, and treating the customer with courtesy and respect.
Education / Training / Experience :
REQUIRED :
- High school diploma or GED must be 18 years or older
- Positive leadership skills and experience.
- Computer literacy is required, must be able to navigate basic computer including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and use critical thinking skills.
- Positive interpersonal relationship skills required.
License / Certifications / Special Requirements :
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Recognizing and Defusing Aggressive Behavior training (within 90 day of hire)
