Physician Job Search : Opportunity Details Opportunity Details - Gastroenterologist - Busy, Hospital-Employed OpportunitySearching for board eligible / board certified gastroenterologist to join our multi-specialty group.Opportunities for either traditional or GI hospitalist (7 days on / 7 days off).Base salary is at or above the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU’s.Sub-specialty support available in virtually every field.Hospitalist program available to handle inpatient admissions.Compensation : Direct from Training : $625,000 / year plus productivity incentive bonus plan.With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience : $650,000 / year plus productivity incentive bonus plan.Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance included.Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable.Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance.Malpractice coverage with tail.Employee child care center.Possible six weeks annual paid time off.One week of CME, depending on traditional or GI hospitalist model.About Blessing Health System Blessing Health System employs almost 300 physicians and advanced practice providers.
