Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Retail Lead Associate/Key HolderRetail Lead Associate/Key Holder to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in managing staff, inventory, and store processes while maintaining a positive shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of store operations, including employee orientation and training.
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for staff.
• Maintain organizational standards within the store to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels effectively, including ordering and restocking products.
• Lead by example in team management, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Skills

• Strong employee orientation skills to effectively onboard new team members.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain store operations smoothly.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
