We are seeking an experienced P21 System Admin / Developer to join our team at our Corporate office in Nashville, TN . In this techno-functional role, you will leverage your technical expertise within the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system to enhance our operations and support our users effectively.

What you will do as a P21 System Admin / Developer :
- Operational knowledge to Prophet 21
- Day to day P21 administration like new users, security, scheduling task
- Managing master files using internal Prophet 21 imports, custom API's, excel worksheets generating jsons.
- Maintain current developments in operation (skills C# and SQL) including customer fields, screens and business rules
- Analyze new business needs, create and develop new business solution withing Prophet 21 environment (C# and SQL)
- Develop P21 extension, integration with partners using APIs, jsons
- Assists in process improvement efforts throughout the company
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for daily operations and key projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
This is a techno-functional role, this person should have good technical aptitude within Epicor Prophet 21 ERP, in addition to be able to gather / analyze, and write business requirements.
User security setup and maintenance within the P21 application and companion products.Using Freshservice Ticketing system, triage all incoming P21 tickets while collaborating with the developers on the team to successfully help our users which help our end customers.Observing end users and analyzing their processes, documenting and gathering requirements for potential improvements within the P21 application and companion products.Creating customizations and / or building different solutions around user requests in P21.Evaluate, recommend, and execute IT solutions to achieve overall organizational goals, based on the current business model and / or future needs of the business.Optimize and support existing applications and infrastructure : regular maintenance, custom development, and coordinating P21 upgrades.Work with Warehouse personnel with any Wireless Warehouse issues they may have.Create and maintain IT Department documentation for an internal Knowledge Base.Knowledge of Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, Planning, and Warehousing areas of the ERP system.Perform other duties as assigned.Highlights of working with us :

Requirements :
Proven experience in administering and developing within the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system.Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in C# and SQL.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.Experience with user security setup and maintenance in ERP applications.Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Freshservice.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of financial, procurement, inventory management, planning, and warehousing processes within an ERP framework.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant certifications in ERP systems, software development, or database management (a plus).Excellent written and oral communication skills—clear, concise, and effectiveExcellent customer service and people skillsStrong critical thinking skills a must
