We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator working with our Business Development team.
A quick overview of this role is:
- Working under the Business Development team to ensure projects are on track and on time.
- Monitor all emails coming in and out about projects,
- Serve as a communication vessel for our end user client and our team of professionals.
- Main point of contact for client and in-house communication.
- Work with the Business Development reps and Operations team to bid on new project requests from clients.
- Sending all appropriate information and documentation to the Operation team once a job has been awarded.
- Making good judgment calls for updates.
- Save all necessary documents for each project making sure that all communication records are recorded.
- Be a project status expert and report accurate project completion projections.
- Run reports detailing on time project delivery and project win rates.
- A positive attitude is a must in this role.
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Candidate has to be able multi multi-task in a high-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized especially when it comes to email.
- Ability to work individually and among teams.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of professionals clearly and effectively, including colleagues and clients.
- Willingness to learn new skills and products.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and or Communication is desired but not required.
- Preferred candidates will have a background working as a legal or title assistant.
