Job Description

Reports to: Human Resource Manager 

 

  1. SUMMARY: Administers human resources activities including but not limited to employee hiring practices.

 

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

    • Administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements. 
    • Recruit and Onboard new employees. 
    • Conduct background checks and E-Verify for all newly hired employees.
    • Maintain attendance and employment records.
    • Assist with employee issues. 
    • Supporting HR projects.
    • Maintain HR systems and databases. 
    • Process First Report of Injury (FROI).
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

 

  1. QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in HR work. 
    • Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
    • Experience performing basic human resource activities.
    • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft office products
    • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
