- Assigning tasks to team members and giving them specific directions and procedures to follow in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Ensuring that all production processes meet quality standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating with managers to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity of the team.
- Assigning personnel to efficiently produce items being built.
- Training new team members on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Conferring with supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between shifts and other functional areas.
- Overseeing daily production operations, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
