What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator - FOR WISCONSIN RECRUITMENT ONLY position at Bliffert Lumber?
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our family. Primary Responsibilities of Estimator
- Produce accurate lumber & millwork material list per the plan.
- Reviews drawings, specifications, and all other construction documents.
- Estimating projects from start to finish.
- Review and analyze estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Utilize estimating software for accurate material list.
- Understand and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to work developing competent estimates, meeting building codes.
- Contribute to a constructive working relationship with the family, and contractors to promote a positive and productive atmosphere.
