Sales Support - Cabinetry
Primary Objectives of the Cabinetry Sales and Design Associate
-
Serves as the store expert in cabinetry design by providing detailed product information to both customers and peers, promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities of the Cabinetry Sales and Design Associate

Layout Design using 20/20 software
-
Informing customers on pricing, options, or status on pending orders
-
Generating leads
-
Conducting sales activities
-
Building relationships with customers
-
Coordinating successful completion of projects and orders
-
Entering new quotes/orders for customers
-
Communication with Vendors regarding order placement/status
-
Tracking and fulfilling orders
-
Resolving issues
-
Protects company values by keeping financial information and plans confidential
-
Follow all safety processes per company, state and federal regulations
-
Report any and all safety issues
-
Immediately report any injuries to Manager
-
Provide exceptional customer service
-
Additional job responsibilities to be determined by Manager
Requirements of the Cabinetry Sales and Design Associate

20/20 CAD Design Experience

Reports to Cabinetry Sales Manager

Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Might require occasional local travel of Southeastern Wisconsin

Qualifications
Salary : $20 - $28
