The ideal candidate will be comfortable with warehouse cleanliness and will also assist in the production of our coffee, ensuring a high standard of quality throughout the process.
Job Description:
As a Production Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for keeping the warehouse sanitized and organized while also supporting the coffee production process. Your main duties will involve maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production areas, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly cleaned, and assisting with various tasks on the production line. You will be trained to operate equipment used in coffee production, with a focus on sanitation and safety protocols.
Days: Mon & Fri
Hours: 9am- 2:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse and production areas, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
- Support the production team with daily tasks such as packaging and inventory management.
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Operate a forklift (training and certification provided).
- Lift up to 50 lbs and assist in physical tasks such as bending and climbing ladders.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of production equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
- Comfortable operating machinery or willing to learn.
- Forklift experience is a plus (certification will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Previous experience in production or working with machinery is a plus.
