What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer - New Construction Window Coverings position at Blind Ideas?
We are a commercial window covering company in search of individuals with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Prior new construction experience with any trade a plus, but not required.
We are rapidly expanding and looking to grow our team!
This is a full-time employment position with full benefits and competitive compensation. Work trucks, loaner tools, company shirts and training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Transportation to our location
- Clean driving record
- Quality workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Time management skills
- Understanding and use of a tape measure
- Understanding and use of Power hand tools
- Installation of window coverings and accessories on construction sites

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform fabrication tasks
- Excellent communication skills and time management abilities
- Capable of heavy lifting and working on construction sites

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
