What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Specialist position at Blind Industries and Services of Maryland?
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business/product development support throughout the AbilityOne Base Supply Center Division. This includes assisting the BSCD Director on No Cost contracts, training new BISM BSCD Associates on the NIB and AbilityOne Program, and coordinating GPC training with installation contracting officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase AbilityOne product sales in the BSC stores
- Work closely with Managers to demonstrate our AbilityOne products to customers and potential customers
- Create new ways of engaging with our customers
