Job Location: 1800 Cedar Bridge Ave, Lakewood NJ 08701
This is a Full-Time entry-level position with leadership growth potential, no prior experience required. Seeking individuals looking for a career path in manufacturing & interested in growth with a people-first company.
- Member of a small (8-10) production team responsible for assembling custom window treatments.
- Assemblers will work closely with Production Managers, Supervisors & Leads within their department to ensure daily finished goods are completed and packed within corresponding deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Interest in working in light assembly & packing.
- Associates must be hands-on and able to work independently & also as part of a production team.
- Able to work SAFELY in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to work 9 hours standing, pushing/pulling carts, and lifting products.
