The Role:
Blink Fitness (PureGym Group) is searching for a Procurement Manager to join our Group Procurement team!
Reporting into our Senior Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the business and will own the delivery of a 'best in class' service, support and provide expertise to number of procurement activities and areas of indirect spend.
The postholder will ensure a strong and sustainable supply chain that supports the business, its operations, investment and growth. The successful Procurement Manager will work collaboratively with the wider team and business to deliver the Procurement plan & KPI's to drive business performance.
Responsibilities will include:
Own all sourcing, tender, contracting, and supply chain processes and activities across multiple functions, markets and areas of indirect goods and services spend.
Support the development delivery of the Procurement strategy and plan, ensuring the achievement of all Procurement KPI's and driving business performance.
Develop strong and credible relationships with all key stakeholders and be seen as the 'go-to' individual who adds value and is an extension of their team.
Apply appropriate 'best practice' discipline, processes and controls to ensure all activities are delivered on time, to scope, and are delivered professionally & ethically.
Continually review priorities and identify areas for improvement, and opportunities to drive value and business performance.
Be the escalation point for supplier and contractual issues.
Support the seamless transition in any supply chain changes, minimising disruption to the business.
Ensure all Procurement activities follow value for money principles and consider working capital, total cost and sustainability, service, quality and cost.
Ensure all centrally defined governance, processes and controls are embedded across all central functions and markets.
Be a custodian of our culture and values, and a brand ambassador in all internal and external engagements.
Work closely with the Contracts Managers to negotiate robust contracts that achieve optimum commercial & legal positions.
Work closely with the Procurement Governance Manager to mitigate risk through effective supply chain due diligence, risk management and responsible sourcing practices.
The Person:
A seasoned Procurement Manager, with extensive experience in a strategic indirect Procurement environment, with quantifiable achievements delivered in a fast-paced multi-site business.
Highly proficient in Microsoft tools (word, excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and communication skills, with experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
A BA/BS degree or similar qualifications in Procurement.
Ideally has a passion for, or an interest in fitness and wellness
Has the ability to build strong & credible relationships with a wide stakeholder group at all levels and is a team player who works collaboratively with others.
Has strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills, with an ability to adapt both their style and approach as required.
A dedicated and hard-working team player with high energy, and who communicates effectively and works collaboratively.
Can influence and communicate persuasively in challenging situations with great instincts and using data & insights to make recommendations and the right decisions.
Is disciplined, remains calm under pressure, and thrives working at pace leading multiple projects and priorities to deadlines and targets.
Has a solid understanding of supply chain contracts, commercial contracting & law.
Has a natural ability to be innovative, think commercially, demonstrates a pragmatic and solutions-based mindset, and see's the bigger picture.
Has strong diligence and organisational skills and is an initiative taker with the ability to work productively remotely.
Willingness to travel Internationally as required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: $95,000 - $125,000k/yr
