As BlinkRx continues its rapid expansion across multiple office, warehouse, and closed-door pharmacy locations nationwide and internationally, the Head of Global Workplace Services will play a critical role in shaping and managing workplace operations across all our U.S. and India sites. This leader will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional workplace experience, optimizing our real estate strategy, and fostering a high-performance environment across our distributed workforce and diverse facility types.
Reporting to the VP of People, the Head of Global Workplace Services will oversee a multi-site team, manage key facilities operations, and drive strategic initiatives to support BlinkRx’s growth at scale, both nationally and internationally.
This role requires dynamic leadership, operational expertise, and a builder’s mindset, with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects across multiple geographic locations while maintaining an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Operations
- Oversee and manage workplace operations across all BlinkRx office, warehouse, and closed-door pharmacy locations in the U.S. and India.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, scalable workplace strategy that supports BlinkRx’s growth, enhances productivity, and optimizes space utilization across diverse facility types.
- Ensure seamless and consistent workplace services across all U.S. and India sites, including maintenance, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Establish operational frameworks for scalable, high-performing facilities management, including best practices for warehouse logistics, pharmacy compliance, and office management.
- Develop and manage workplace budgets at a national and international level, ensuring cost optimization and high-impact spending.
Real Estate Strategy & Space Planning
- Lead BlinkRx’s real estate strategy across office, warehouse, and closed-door pharmacy locations, overseeing site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, and expansions or relocations.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor space utilization across all sites and plan for long-term national and international expansion.
- Ensure real estate decisions align with BlinkRx’s workforce needs, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Foster a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture that connects employees across different locations, from corporate offices to warehouses and closed-door pharmacies.
- Partner with HR and IT to optimize onboarding and workplace experience for employees in all locations, including India.
- Design and implement workplace engagement initiatives that reflect BlinkRx’s culture, ensuring seamless collaboration across distributed teams.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a distributed Workplace Services team (both direct and dotted-line) across multiple office, warehouse, and closed-door pharmacy sites, including international locations.
- Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members managing diverse facilities.
- Establish best practices for managing facilities and office operations in a remote, hybrid, and on-site work environment.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Implement workplace technology solutions and automation to improve efficiency, enhance logistics for warehouse and closed-door pharmacy operations, and optimize the employee experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging best practices in workplace management for multi-site, multi-country operations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with national and international service providers, contractors, and landlords to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and executive leadership to align workplace initiatives with company-wide priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in workplace services, facilities management, real estate strategy, or a related field, with significant experience overseeing multi-site operations across various locations.
- Proven track record of leading workplace operations across diverse facility types, including corporate offices, warehouses, and closed-door pharmacies.
- Strategic leadership experience, with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects that scale across multiple geographic locations.
- Expertise in real estate strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, and facility expansion.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, cost optimization, and high-impact spending across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a distributed workforce model.
- Experience implementing workplace technology solutions and automation to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Strong background in compliance, security, and operational best practices for warehouse logistics, pharmacy operations, and office management.
