What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Operations (Onsite) position at Blink Health?
The Opportunity:
Product operations play a critical role in the product life-cycle at BlinkRx, from ideation, to development, launch, growth and optimization. The team partners closely with product, engineering, and operations to improve the BlinkRx experience for both operators and patients. The primary function of this role is to execute and continuously improve processes leading up to a product launch, as well as evaluating user feedback on a daily basis. This domain’s scope includes prescription processing workflows, internal pharmacy services, and the patient’s digital experience.
This is a fully onsite role based in Robinson Township (Pittsburgh)
Responsibilities
- Embedded within the pharmacy operations team to become an advocate for their needs
- Become a product expert on the BlinkRx pharmacy operations workflow, which spans multiple product areas and services
- Improve product teams’ ability to resolve and prioritize issues
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and impact to inform business decisions
- Program and project management strategy for multiple product areas - includes kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product goals
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on processes, and product features
- Leverage project management to ensure timely execution of features
- Ability to take analysis, and align on problem scoping and solutions with core users
Qualifications
- Analytical and deep SQL experience
- 6 years of experience in product, strategy, operations, consulting or data analytics
- Ability to break down complex and ambiguous issues into component parts to develop solutions
- Experience communicating change management to cross-functional partners and stakeholders with the goal of maintaining alignment and transparency
- Experience in pivoting quickly, and adapting to business needs while communicating and informing a team of shifting priorities
- Previous healthcare or pharmacy software experience is a nice to have
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Pittsburgh
