As an E-Commerce Coordinator you will work closely with the Operations and Revenue Teams to maintain a vast array of webstores serving a variety of client needs across multiple industries. The e-commerce space continues to grow and plays a vital role in clients’ marketing / branding strategies. The daily responsibilities of the E-Commerce Coordinator focus on maximizing the performance of assigned stores and ensuring positive user and client experiences.
Opportunities will arise to work on special projects requiring communication with key business partners on new product development, improving efficiencies, or solving unforeseen challenges. These projects will afford you the opportunity to learn new skills, interact with other aspects of the business, and face exciting challenges that the regular day to day tasks don't provide. This position is fast paced, fun, and offers significant growth potential for the right individual. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop & launch new client webstores
- Manage and track in-progress orders
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders meet timelines and budgets
- Understand and communicate fulfillment timing and shipping information shared with the e-Logistics Team
- Assist in the establishment & maintenance activities of webstores
- Leverage analytical tools to distribute and evaluate store KPIs and sales trends
- Provide inventory and performance reports for internal and external client review
- Establish and update product profiles
- Update store user access
- Accept and make phone calls in support of customer order resolutions
- Verify the placement and integration of incoming orders
- Monitor and track client inventory and on-demand programs
- Enter invoicing details for completed webstore orders
- Manage all inbound and outbound inventory transactions
- Assist with customer service inquiry resolution
- Process store returns and facilitate returned item shipping
- Identify and present areas of opportunity for improved user experience, efficiency, and cost savings
- A positive, creative and energetic attitude
- Ability to adapt and learn new concepts quickly
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Willingness to make and receive phone calls
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other standard computer programs
- Shopify and OrderMyGear platform experience preferred
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or inventory management preferred
- FreshDesk and ShipStation experience a plus
