LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide care per patients plan, including wound care, injections, assessments, and med passes.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and participate in health counseling.
• Assist RN with client discharge and recognize emergency needs.
• Coordinate home health services and report needs to supervisors.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and current Ohio LPN License.
• BLS Certification and reliable transportation.
• Empathy, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ensure client confidentiality.
  
  

Primarily pediatric home care with training available for tracheostomy, vent, and feeding tubes. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
