This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Research Strategist with a strong background in Design Thinking and Customer Journey Redesign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming customer experiences through research and insights uncovered and presented through various research instruments and methodologies.
Duration: Through December 2025
Location: Hybrid from Boston, MA
\n- Customer Journey Redesign:
- Spearhead research process for the redesign of customer journeys to enhance operational efficiencies and end-user satisfaction.
- Utilize Design Thinking methodologies to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions.
- Map current and future-state journeys for business review and signoff.
- Strategic Research:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather deep customer insights.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
- Develop and present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design Thinking:
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creative solutions.
- Apply Design Thinking principles to create value for customers.
- Conduct in-depth-interviews with customers to create empathy maps for current-state scenarios and conduct interviews to test and validate ideas and iterate on designs with customers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and UX teams to align research with business goals.
- Communicate research insights effectively to influence decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across department and with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience Design Thinking and customer journey mapping
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
