Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong background in outbound calling or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical products is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and manage leads.
