What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dual Credit Instructor: Bryan ISD- History (HIST) [Fall 2025] position at Blinn College?
To perform the day-to day operations of the instructional programs at Bryan High School.
Essential Duties
Teaches courses on the Bryan High School campus as scheduled. Maintains office hours as set by the college.
Prepares course information sheets which include stated objectives for each course.
Keeps current on developments regarding instructional methodology & technology.
Make recommendations regarding curriculum additions, deletions or revisions.
Provides a grade evaluation on each student’s performance in a fashion and frequency required by the college.
Participate in assessment assignments and data collection.
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

This position is located on the Bryan High School Campus and will require the ability to work on that campus.
Must be employed by Bryan ISD
Possess a driver’s license to facilitate travel to different campuses if necessary.

Must be employed by Bryan ISD
Possess a driver’s license to facilitate travel to different campuses if necessary.
College teaching experience desirable.
Online or hybrid teaching experience preferred.
Physical Requirements Required Degree, License or Certifications
Online or hybrid teaching experience preferred.
Masters degree (in any subject) with at least 18 graduate hours in history.
