PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO FACULTY IN THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE WEB-ENHANCED, BLENDED, AND ONLINE COURSES UTILIZING EVIDENCE-BASED INSTRUCTIONAL METHODS. SUPPORT INSTITUTIONAL EFFORTS FOR INCREASING QUALITY IN COURSE DESIGN. DESIGNS AND COORDINATES TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES.
Required Quals Summary
1. Bachelor’s degree with 18 credit hours in (either undergraduate or graduate level) education or related field.
2. Experience with online course development applying instructional design and learning theories.
3. Expert in Windows and Office software.
4. Experience with learning management systems.
5. Experience with recording, converting, and editing digital video and audio.
6. Experience in designing accessible materials.
7. Experience in designing and delivering both online and face-to-face trainings.

This is a 12 month, benefits eligible position. Blinn College pays 100% of health insurance for full time employees, 50% for dependents, and two times your annual salary in life insurance benefits.
