Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 24 months of experience working as a full-time HVAC technician.
- Knowledge and experience with all tools required for the HVAC industry.
- Current knowledge of trends and practices in the HVAC industry.
- Knowledge and experience in adult learning methodologies and instructional technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Mastery of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience teaching and training adults.
- Familiarity with college-level courses and curriculum development.
