- Knowledge of federal, state, local rules and regulations as it pertains to transportation.

Principal Accountabilities
- Safely transports passengers along predetermined routes and making designated stops around campus in a timely manner. Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Ensuring the shuttle obeys all traffic rules and regulations, including passenger numbers and keeping riders safe.
Principal Accountabilities
- Adhere to Blinn's policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of federal, state, local rules and regulations as it pertains to transportation.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and schedules.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking in a busy workplace environment.
- Ability to diagnose and remedy basic mechanical issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver or driving groups of people.
