BLISS Car Wash is looking for a positive, energetic, experienced REGIONAL MANAGER to lead and oversee multiple BLISS locations.

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple car wash locations within a specific area ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, site safety, membership sales, as well as coaching and supporting the team.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

• Oversee daily operations of multiple carwash locations within the district.
• Ensure the car washes are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Monitor adherence to operational policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Hire, train, and develop management teams at each location.
• Conduct regular car wash visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address staffing needs, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and employee retention.
• Ensure employees adhere to company standards in terms of guest service, appearance, and job performance.
• Monitor and control budgets for the district, including labor costs, and supplies.
• Ensure that the locations meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure that all locations maintain excellent guest service standards.
• Resolve guest complaints or issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies at each location.
• Oversee the maintenance of carwash equipment and facilities.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that supplies and chemicals are always in stock.
• Ensure that all carwash locations comply with health and safety standards, including the proper handling of chemicals and waste.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
  
  

Experience

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience as a District Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience such as car wash, retail and/or guest service industry
  
  

Knowledge

• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash
• Have the ability to take initiative when problems arise
• Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations
• Have attention to detail
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays & Saturdays)
• Demonstrate ability to improve team performance through motivation, training and setting clear expectations
  
  

Leadership Skills

• Written and Verbal communication skills in English
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
  

Language Skills

• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management, co-workers, and guests.
