- Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound leads into customers through effective questioning and closing techniques.
- Promote and offer services using persuasive communication skills.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Follow up with appointments where applicable.
- Close deals efficiently, utilizing our proven methodology.
- Maintain performance standards in a metrics-driven (KPI) environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as empathy towards others. A track record of surpassing targets in a fast-paced sales setting is highly desirable.
