What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Care Associate position at Bliss Luxury Spa and Salon LLC?
Guest Care Team Members are responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking guess in/out, and giving tours of the facility. Learning the retail product lines and assisting guests with retail recommendations is also required. *Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.*
Must be personable, able to multi-task, and dependable. This is a part-time position, Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-5.
