Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base and increase revenue within an assigned territory. This role requires relationship-building skills, sales expertise, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—while ensuring excellent client service and follow-through.
Sales Representative Responsibilities Include :
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through professional sales calls, networking, email outreach, and attending trade shows.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, municipalities, general contractors, landscape architects, and other key decision-makers.
- Consultative Sales : Educate clients on our products, provide recommendations based on their needs, and develop customized solutions for playground and recreation projects.
- Quoting & Proposal Development : Create accurate quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- GC Bid Engagement : Collaborate with the bid team to track and engage in General Contractor (GC) bids, ensuring proactive follow-up and relationship management.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline data, tracking prospects, leads, and sales progress.
- Follow-Up & Closing : Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with clients, addressing concerns and negotiating to close deals effectively.
- Sales Reporting : Provide weekly updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue goals.
