Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining top-tier vacation rental properties? Bliss Vacations, a premier vacation rental and property management company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental properties in the Smoky Mountains.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of property management.
- Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Manage and track inventory of essential supplies and amenities in all cabins.
- Procure and deliver needed items for properties as required.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including replacing air filters, light bulbs, and door lock batteries.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the property management company.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure homes meet quality and brand standards.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate services as needed.
- Address and resolve minor guest concerns related to housekeeping and property condition.
- Communicate with guests and property owners as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in vacation rental property management or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with staff and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
