Blitz Builders is a family owned and operated company with a long-standing history of providing quality and affordable buildings to the greater Indianapolis area. Our high emphasis on customer service and overall quality sets us apart from our competitors and has allowed us to form lasting ties to the communities in which we build.
We are currently looking to add a quality team member to our Shelbyville, KY crew.
Blitz Builders serves all of Kentucky and will also build in surrounding states. This crew is home nightly except on rare occasions. When overnight stay is required, we will provide the hotel rooms and an additional daily pay for your time away from home. We specialize in all aspects of post frame construction and strive for excellence in all that we do.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work full days in all weather conditions
Reliable and self-motivated, able to follow instruction and willingness to learn
Comfortable with heights
Ability to travel in all surrounding states and stay overnight when needed
Will work be from start to finish on constructing buildings (e.g.) Digging post holes using equipment or by hand if required, setting posts and trusses, framing, installing trim and metal, installing windows and doors
Construction experience preferred, but not required
Ability to climb ladders, use hand and power tools, follow all safety protocols
