We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. This position requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, including both commercial and industrial cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed.
- Handle custodial duties for residential painting projects when required.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures.
- Experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or floor care preferred.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Familiarity with buffing equipment and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $12.04 - $12.88 per hour
