Blize Healthcare is looking for a Hospice Community Liaison to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
- Promoting hospice services through sales calls, trade shows, and other activities.
- Informing the community about hospice/home health care, services, and benefits.
- Tracking and reporting referral and admission data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Working with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition to hospice/home health care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
- Ability to market collaboratively and productively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, computer literate.
- Strong organizational, people, and problem-solving skills.
