Responsibilities :

Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the upcoming feature launch, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

Market Research : Review in-depth market research to understand player needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Messaging and Positioning : Segment market and identify target audiences that the new feature can appeal to. Craft compelling messaging and positioning for the new feature that resonates with target audiences.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with brand, social, product, development, community and eSports teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the launch plan.

Performance Analysis : Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update internal stakeholders on campaign progress, key milestones, and any potential issues.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations as needed.

Experience

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field

Demonstrated track record of successful feature or product launches

Knowledge & Skills

5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.

Passion for FPS games and / or Overwatch 2.

Thought leadership and analytical problem solving

Key Attributes :

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Strong written and presentation skills
