Senior Product Manager, Anti-Cheat | Platform Security | Irvine, CA

Responsibilities :

Lead project execution for anti-cheat initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of security solutions into Blizzards gaming ecosystem.

Drive planning, organization, and execution of projects, from roadmap milestones to feature delivery, while continuously optimizing anti-cheat solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and security teams to develop, test, and deploy robust anti-cheat systems.

Define project goals, manage timelines, and track performance using KPIs, ensuring security standards are met.

Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct post-project reviews to improve future initiatives.

Act as the bridge between technical teams and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and fostering innovation within anti-cheat solutions.

Minimum Requirements :

5 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on security or anti-cheat systems.

Strong technical background in security protocols, anti-cheat mechanisms, and software development best practices.

Proven track record in managing and delivering complex technical projects, with a clear focus on player safety and fair gameplay.

Experience with agile methodologies, CI / CD pipelines, and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to stay ahead of evolving threats in the gaming industry.

Bonus Points :

Hands-on experience with anti-cheat systems and tools is highly desirable.

Experience working with multiplayer or live-service games.

Understanding of gaming industry regulations and their impact on security practices.

Familiarity with programming languages like C or Java.
