Responsibilities
Create and own a long-term strategy for the Mobile App with incremental deliverables towards a multi-year vision
Ideate, design, and implement mobile features which have a meaningful impact on the experiences we want to cultivate and the business metrics we want to drive
Champion premium player experiences
Think holistically through the user journey, ensuring our players have a consistent touchpoint through the lens of the Mobile App across all our product lines
Champion the product by having a passion for deeply understanding the needs and challenges of our customers : look directly into our analytics solutions, identify problems, and partner with design and tech to generate solutions and deliver them iteratively for our players
Work closely with our game teams to ensure our experience and capabilities (current and future) offer a tightly integrated, premium end-to-end experience
Develop a roadmap and partner with team leadership to own execution and delivery of projects throughout their development lifecycle
Anticipate issues, roadblocks and make tradeoffs to ensure the team is capable of delivering a project at a high degree of quality within time constraints
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience as a product manager, building world-class platforms and services
Passion for gaming and platform development
A metrics-driven approach and ability to dive into data sources to demonstrate your strategy and results.
Able to succeed within an everchanging environment, pushing the bleeding edge of new features while maintaining reliability and stability
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a product manager, building world-class platforms and services
Extraordinary verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable giving presentations to large groups and senior management
Strong interpersonal skills and a love for collaboration
Demonstrated success in delivering large, projects across multiple organizations
Highly technical background and deep understanding of APIs and back-end systems
Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative; enthusiastic "can-do" attitude is a must
Pluses
Experience building platform features that serves millions of customers daily, especially for gaming products
Experience with mobile
Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, or comparable team collaboration applications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Demonstrated passion for games
