- Analyze the search findings to confirm accurate transfers of title.
- Present findings in a clear and organized manner.

- Review and interpret legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, surveys, and easements, to extract pertinent information for the title report.
- Identify discrepancies or irregularities that may affect the title.
Title Report Generation:
- Draft detailed title reports based on the results of title examinations.
