Job Overview

Duties

  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and provide timely responses to client needs.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication tasks.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Support office management by coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and other office software.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
