Summary
Under the direction of the Interim Applications Department Lead, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to closure. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, and serve as the primary contact for customers from the point a project is announced to the closure of a project.
Essential Functions

- Lead projects from announcement through execution, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Work with Installation and Applications teams to coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Report project outcomes and / or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
- Assist customers in understanding and coordinating the layout of their purchased equipment.
- Maintains a positive rapport and business relationship with customers by providing outstanding customer service.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Licensing / Certifications
Valid Driver's License with no more than two (2) points on a driving record within a three (3) year period
Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Vehicles Used
General office equipment, including, computers, printers, fax machines and telephones
