Landscape Hardscape Crew

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper and Hardscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong understanding of landscaping principles, and the ability to create beautiful outdoor spaces through both soft and hardscaping techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install landscapes per design:

- Implement landscaping projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials.

- Install edging & matting per plan.

-Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and applying fertilizer.

- Install drip irrigation systems and perform routine maintenance.

-Hardscape Installation:

- Construct hardscaping features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stone or concrete structures.

- Use equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and compaction tools to prepare sites for hardscaping.

- Ensure proper drainage and grading for hardscape installations.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and handling materials.

- Maintain a clean and organized work site.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a landscaper and hardscaper; portfolio of completed projects is a plus.

- Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care.

- Proficiency in using landscaping and hardscaping tools and machinery.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- A valid driver's license; possibly a commercial driver’s license (CDL) depending on equipment used.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
