Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant (HR) for Block by Block will perform administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition Team, including posting jobs on internal and external job boards, prescreen and schedule interviews for field leaders. Maintaining candidate activity records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review Okta ticket system to process job ad requests.
- Post jobs on really.com and/or BBB career website.
- Screen and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain log of candidate activity.
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding their job postings.
- Reception and phone
- Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
- Assist with hiring manager training and troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift, 1st shift

Requirements:Requirements:
- Minimum of (1) year of administrative experience, preferably in recruiting or HR
- H.S. Diplomas or GED required, Associate Degree in related field such as Business Administration preferred
- MS Word, Outlook, EXCEL: 2 years (Required)
- Experience with ADP Recruiting Manager ATS system preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to duties and responsibilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in relation to essential job functions
- Self-starter with excellent dependability and integrity
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand and power tools, and to handle other computer components.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
