Block House in Olivet, MI is looking for a server to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and exhibits strong customer service skills.
Block House brings people together with an unforgettable atmosphere; delicious food and drinks, welcoming service, and a grassroots approach to gaming, live streams, and special events.
Our stage hosts official collegiate, high school and youth Esports competitions. This is all backed by a gaming server and broadcast backbone that serves the community as a local production hub.
Our servers are expected to serve guests from the moment they walk in until they step out the door while helping customers experience a comfortable and personal connection to all that goes on at Block House.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and seating them at correct tables
- Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
- Delivering food to tables
- Clearing tables quickly and at a high standard
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Keep restaurant clean and organized throughout shift
- Bussing and turning tables quickly
- Supporting customers with gaming assistance throughout their experience
