Are you the person who is going to fill this role?
The Billing and Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing billing processes within the service industry. They will be responsible for maintaining a healthy cash flow and managing risk associated with accounts receivable. The Coordinator will work closely with service leadership, contract support, and accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all invoicing, while adhering to established pricing structures.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, an ability to cross-examine data efficiently, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. We are seeking someone who can adapt quickly, take initiative, and continuously improve our systems and processes in a dynamic environment. Requirements:Objectives:
- Reviewing billable events with service leadership
- Ensuring accurate pricing
- Processing invoices through an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Send out past due statement to customers
- Assure that all billable services and parts are billed accordingly and proactively finding previously missed billables.
- Find gaps in the current billing process and ensure systems are put in place to avoid misses
- Collaborate with customers, third party institutions and team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
- Assure timely and accurate communication to/from customers, internal team members, and vendors
- Assure the needs of customers/vendors are swiftly and accurately addressed, build a relationship of trust with customers and vendors
- Synergize and enhance systems productivity and utilization throughout sales process
- Assure the accurate and timely completion of sales and purchasing support duties
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Increase sales and purchasing
Essential Functions:
- Have a big picture view to synergize, simplify, and link sales opportunities across modalities
- Create purchasing and sales contracts and invoicing that accurately portray projects and protects Block Imaging
- Manage incoming and outgoing product inventory
- Effective and efficient communication with customers and team members
- Work respectfully, cooperatively, and professionally
- Handling customer service needs and building business relationships with customers
- Track existing sales and purchasing opportunities moving them forward in decision cycle
- Report and data management
- Handle any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or 2 years administration/accounting experience preferred.
Experience: One (1) year of customer service experience in a (B2B) business to business setting or equivalent.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position requires only self-supervision.
