The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for accuracy of all financial transactions and providing financial oversight and support in all areas of management reporting, financial planning, and analysis for Block Imaging. This role establishes and maintains processes, controls and tools related to monthly and quarterly management reporting. This role reports to the Director of Accounting of Block Imaging.

Requirements
General Responsibilities.
- Record all financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.
- Responsible for accounting/ Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain and manage P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements on a monthly basis.
- Fixed asset capitalization process lead and primary accountant.
- Assist in commission calculations, reporting, and auditing.
- Foster best practices in financial reporting, controlling and analysis across Block Imaging Divisions.
- Identify trends, warning signals, through the establishment of critical KPI’s and dashboards; develop conclusions on results and trends to assist on decision making.
- Ability to manage up, down, and in all directions without expressed authority, building appropriate rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Develop/Enhance processes and IT reporting databases for timely and accurate data production; evaluate & implement automation opportunities.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis and visualization, automation and digitalization is a plus (JEDOX, Excel macros, KNIME, UIPath, Microsoft PowerApps suite, etc.).

Qualifications:
Education: B.S. Degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA preferred.
Experience: Five (5) years corporate accounting experience, or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
