Essential Functions
Leadership And Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Area Service Managers, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and track key performance indicators to monitor and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed established KPI targets.
- Oversee all Profit and Loss (P&L) aspects for the designated zone, including revenue generation, cost control, and budget adherence.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure adherence to CSM policies and standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring customer concerns are handled with care and urgency.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational expenses without compromising service quality.
- Identify areas for potential cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for streamlining and efficiency gains.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with other departments, such as Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on operational performance and initiatives.
- Ensure that all operations within the zone comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a field service or operations environment.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet targets.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
