The Role
The Console team, part of the OCTO Developer Experience org, operates an internal-facing single pane of glass developer portal that streamlines all development and operational tasks, providing a seamless and efficient workflow for building developer tools. Console is used today by thousands of Block engineers daily in business critical settings : easy deployment, service provisioning, secret management, database monitoring, user administration and so on. We utilize the latest and greatest technology stack : React.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Jest and Node.js. You will help us expand support to all business units and developers across Block.
You Will
- Develop, and deploy incremental improvements to our front-end platform
- Write reusable components and libraries
- Write and review engineering design documents and drive product design
- Work closely with many teams at Block
- Write clean, concise and well-tested code
- Work autonomously with no micromanagement or oversight
