- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, restocking condiments as needed
- Clear and set tables with utensils and glassware for the next party
- Respond to menu inquiries and memorize daily specials
- Direct customers to their seats and ensure tables are properly set
- Handle phone inquiries professionally and secure reservations
